We have a powerful service team in our company. the engineers are all trained by original factory such as Hitachi / Sony / Yamaha. 70% engineers have over 15 years SMT experience .we have enough stock for 99% SMT spare parts.All accessories those we sell are warrantied for one year (except consumables), and some special parts are guaranteed for up to 5 years. We also provide replacement service for regular customers，for a small part of our spare parts that are not in stock, we promise to borrow them from other customers to ensure that your production will not be affected.
